I am writing to say a massive thank you to everyone at One to One who has either cared for or been involved with any aspect of mum’s care. Over time we have got to know the girls really well and cannot fault in anyway the respect and sensitive way they have handled both mum and us as a family. They are a credit to your organisation and more so to the caring profession which at times receives a lot of bad press. I know mum enjoyed their visits and in her own little way was extremely fond of the girls who cared for her.
