PERSONAL CARE
Whatever your personal needs, our experienced and trained staff are able to meet your requirements in a sensitive and dignified manner.
DOMESTIC CARE
For those chores that are always there and build up daily. Ironing, dusting, hoovering, general housework or shopping, support paying bills, whatever you need our team members are happy to lighten your load.
COMPANION SERVICE
Also provided is a companion service for those who cannot be left alone, or would perhaps just like a little company. One to One Homecare Ltd happily provides this service.
SOCIAL CARE
We offer help with the social skills of life. Collecting prescriptions, shopping visits, sitting and having a cup of tea for company, liaising with family and friends and developing social contacts, or even taking you out for a look round the shops.
Range Of Care
Trained and equipped to help with individual situations our caregivers receive on-going training and we ensure they are fully competent in providing the support that is required before we match them with our Service Users.
For individual conditions our caregivers will receive bespoke training so they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver the appropriate care.
With some conditions we work as part of a larger team, often providing support to nursing personnel.
Our team members are chosen for their skills and dedication to care for others, their ability to provide practical and emotional support to others and also for their responsible, cheerful and understanding nature.
Our First Visit Officer will be pleased to discuss with you and your family any needs or requirements you may have in the privacy and comfort of your own home thus protecting your confidentiality.
All our Care Support Workers are hand picked, referenced, fully trained and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked.
One to One Homecare Ltd has comprehensive Insurance cover.
