We would like to thank you for the care package you arranged for us on our enjoyable stay in Gunton Hall. It made our holiday!

We would also like to send our thanks to all, as these ladies have done a fantastic job and have also given us a friendly face and ear, when we have felt down or in need of a chat.

Your care team are a credit to your service and always carried out their duties with the utmost respect for mum and her dignity, and in addition, they enhanced her social and emotional needs and stimulated her at visits, understanding the importance of friendly contact, in a very confined world.

We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all those members of staff and management that provided a truly dedicated, professional and caring service for mum. We know that if mum could speak for herself she would want you all to know that she couldn’t have wished for a better service of care.

Thank you all so much for the loving care and support you have given to mum and myself over the past years. Without this she would not have been able to remain in her bungalow as long as she did.

Thank you for the kindness you showed to my brother in the short time you cared for him. The dignity with which you treated him and the understanding shown for his needs was exceptional.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for the care and attention you gave our mum. She always spoke very highly of you all. Thank you for your support at the funeral too it was very much appreciated. Mum enjoyed her many chats with you all. Thank you again, she classed you all as good friends.

On behalf of my wife and myself I want to thank everyone at One to One for the care and support you all gave to my Mum and Dad over the last 6 years. Mum in particular always spoke in appreciative terms about her carers and how they went the ‘extra mile’ for her and Dad. We have always been impressed with the friendly and professional service you provided. We are sad in a way to end our relationship with you.

I am writing to say a massive thank you to everyone at One to One who has either cared for or been involved with any aspect of mum’s care. Over time we have got to know the girls really well and cannot fault in anyway the respect and sensitive way they have handled both mum and us as a family. They are a credit to your organisation and more so to the caring profession which at times receives a lot of bad press. I know mum enjoyed their visits and in her own little way was extremely fond of the girls who cared for her.

I would like to thank all at One to One for the care they gave my aunt and the office staff were always very kind and helpful on the many occasions I have had to ring.

We would like to thank all One to One carers for all their care and love shown to our mum. She loved you all.

Many thanks to all the carers and to those of you that I have spoken to on the phone for all the care and consideration that you have given to me and my mother. It has been much appreciated.
